Guys I’m severely vitiman d deficient (again) and kinda relapsed 4 times from severe depression but I’m alive and I’m still feeling the depression but I took some vitimans I should be better in a few days unless i didn’t take enough cuz my vitamins are weak af cuz they’re not a high enough dose
