My name is Jacklyn I go by Jackie well i have been having problems like right now I have some hearing problems my hearing is about gone I have severe tinnitus and I have this flap that is swollen I can touch it with my finger when sticking my finger down it and it's causing me to have voice problems and breathing problems as I kept abusing my voice box and I have lumps blocking my neck and eating and drinking taking pills and other stuff makes it worse I have to eat but my throat is about to close and that scares me and I have passive bowel incontinence which means I have pooped in the toilet but not all the way it's involuntary it will come out anytime I have urine incontinence and i do pee but not very fast and I have eyesight problems I have blurry and double vision and itching and burning and flashes of light floaters and dry eyes and I have trouble getting to sleep i sleep for several hours and then I am awake well I have been having stepdad problems he thinks I make this up and he said it's all in my head makes me cry scream and he said he would not call for a ent appointment colon appointment eye appointment or anything he took my laptop ever since I fell into my depression state and he takes the phones away because I have called 911 many times taking me to the hospital and having cops come out here for no reason and i just stole mine back he doesn't know I hide it from him if he asks I will say I lost it and then he will call it but I will have the ringer off and the phone off and he won't hear it or find it because I will hide it  in my room I know he won't go in there because it's messy anyway enough of my problems I just need prayers
