@user55628997 Ah! There's a create button on the top of the wattpad website on the laptop!

@user55628997 I know this unbelievably late, But if you haven't already figured it out, Here's how: If you're on Mobile, Then there should be a pencil icon down at the bottom of the screen. Click on that, Add a Title, Description, And cover if you have one, And then you can start writing. I'm not a 100% sure how it works on a laptop, But it's probably the same.
