Wow. One thousand followers. That’s really something.
Hey, all. I’m sure some of you will be disappointed that this isn’t an update promising countless new chapters, but I do feel the need regardless to say thank you. One thousand people is, frankly, a lot of people, and it’s very humbling the number of you that have stopped by. I started writing on this platform when I was, I believe, in 6th or 7th grade. I’ve long since deleted that original story (which was complete garbage - a revelation I came to after looking at it several years later), but I’m glad to see it started something that managed to get this far.
Life is still getting in the way. The next semester of college just started for me and *FHUCK* is it a lot more work than I thought it would be. Guess I should’ve expected that. But between the inglorious university and everything else I’m trying to do with my life, writing has understandably taken a back seat, which is a shame, since I still have a lot of ideas. Even so, it still brings me a measure of joy to see new people leaving messages about how they enjoy what I do.
I don’t have a concrete answer on whether or not I’ll be able to come back any time soon, but in case I don’t: thanks again, to those who’ve been there since June of 2017 (just now realizing it’s been almost five years. God damn time flies), and to those who’ve followed recently. You all have made the last few years pretty damn special to me, and I’m glad I’ve (according to some of you at least) made an impact on you all too.
To bigger and better things, ladies and gentlemen. I’ll see you out there.
