Okay, so Evelyn is actually from a fanfic multiverse. There are many versions of her, but we'll be discussing the version from the Friendship Knights-verse. In this verse, Chase actually used to be a human boy named "Timmy" who lost his life to a criminal alongside his sister. This criminal happened to be a mad scientist. He took Chase away and experimented on him, turning him into a newborn German Shepherd pup with no memory of his past life. The criminal was going to turn him into his servant, but the police found the criminal and arrested him. Eventually, Chase was found by a little girl, but her father didn't approve of him, so he left him on the streets, leading to Ryder finding him. Eventually, shortly before the events of the Mighty Movie, the Paw Patrol met Cozy Glow; a former evil filly from My Little Pony. After befriending her, they ending up uniting with the heroes of My Little Pony. But then the criminal came back as an evil spirit, and Chase remembered who he used to be. Chase had to stop the evil spirit from taking over. He then found out his mother was alive and reunited with her. So Chase's mom; Aleena, moved to Adventure Bay, and eventually became a silver German Shepherd. To sum up the Friendship Knights-verse, it's basically an alternate timeline filled with infinite worlds and infinite characters. Including ones from franchises like; Paw Patrol, My Little Pony, Marvel, Bambi, Sonic The Hedgehog, 5 Nights At Freddy's, Mortal Kombat, Thomas & Friends, and DragonBall. As for Evelyn, she's actually named after Chase's late sister. She's from 20 years in the future. A future that was ruined by a terrible disaster. When Evelyn was 5, Chase went on a mission to save some survivors, but lost his life in the process.
