Hello, I don’t know if I am talking with the old owner of the profile or the friend that took over but first thanks for following me and second congratulations on your book.
I don’t know how you enjoy them, but for me it is somewhat alike to savoring food. There is every day nutrition and those special dishes we have the luck to sporadically taste and that will stay in the memory bugging for a repeat. With one chapter I can tell your book is a delicacy.
If the plot is the raw ingredient; the way you decide to tell the story, words and expressions you chose, are the seasoning. And any cook knows that the second is the real magic.
Your way of writing is amazing. You created a universe that absorbs the reader with captivating characters and descriptions that gives life to the story: his appreciation for the rain, little blunders, the self-depreciative humor.
The beginning is light and fun but suddenly you trip our legs and we fall in a swirl of sadness. Again, I don’t know how it is for you, but I have difficulty writing dramatic parts for fear of being excessive and turning them into something ridiculous. Your scene has a good balance between drama and reality, making it even more painful to read. I almost cried in my work place and that was so awkward!
So, once more, congratulations, you are bringing out an amazing creation and I am anxious to see what happens in the next chapters. Also, if you could read my books too I would be grateful, since the opinion of someone that can write as you do would be really useful.
