Got a question. In the world I have for one of my books, roughly 1/3rd of the world has wings. How do I introduce this? Do I say it at the beginning, or do I just show it by having a lot of winged characters?

I absolutely despise Writers Block!

Since I'm stupid, I need your  help. If I were to write a story where the main character knows he's in a book and that everything is fake, how would I do it?
          He knows I'm writing the book, but his attitude is like " Yeah, whatever." about it.
          Please help.
