@trucemydad it's mostly because building off his past is necessary for his future character arc. I also did it to flesh out the events of the classic series, cause the classic series couldn't have happened the exact same way in remnant so I wanna build in that 

@trucemydad honestly life's pretty hectic, I have two novels that I need to write for, life is getting in the way and lack of motivation is really screwing me over. Also thank you 

@trucemydad  yes the story will continue, I'm just having a lot of difficulty finishing the next episode, since a lot of stuffs been going on in my life recently and I'm finding incredibly difficult to find motivation for the next chapter. I have most of the rest of volume 2 done but I can't upload without finishing that one, so it might take a while but the series will continue. And while I'm hoping to continue with the flashbacks if they stop me from uploading I might just have to add them in after I update
