I love when Wattpad advertises my own books to me. Why, yes, I'd love to read this author, she's awesome! Though she's yet to finish Lawson's Embezzled Heart  . Sorry, guys, recovering from ANOTHER surgery I had done in August (my neck this time). I lost feeling in my back, legs, and feet last October (wow, it's been a year already!) and they think the degenerated discs in my neck were causing it. I have SOME relief since surgery in August, but nerves take a year to heal, so hopefully by this time next year I'll be back to somewhat normal and able to do more writing. ‍♀️ As always, please bear with me. ❤

For those that have read it in the past, I worked on editing The Chosen Path a bit today. I got through the Prologue. Let me know if it's an improvement. I hope so! I think my writing has gotten better over the years. But you tell me!

Not sure what all is going to happen with the sale of Wattpad to a South Korean company. I've only seen Wattpad go down in quality over the past 2 years. And be more focused on the "paid stories" than us authors looking just to get feedback from readers. Hopefully, this new company can turn it around. But I'm nervous what is going to happen. Back up your work, writers!

Lawson's Embezzled Heart has finally reached 1,000 reads! Thank you SO MUCH! And I must apologize again for not posting more chapters in a LONG time! I've been going through a lot with my spinal issues, it's gotten really bad. I lost feeling in my back, butt, legs and feet this past October and I'm very numb. I couldn't walk for a while and my left foot was uncontrollable for several days. I'm doing better in that I can walk again with a cane, but the doctors are still trying to figure things out. Most likely,  I will need some kind of surgery soon. Hopefully,  I'll be able to get some more chapters out this year. I keep thinking about the story and have ideas, it's just a matter of typing it all up for you. Please have patience, I will get it done eventually!

I didn't get through the whole chapter, but in attempting to get myself back into writing again, I had some free time last night and started reading Lawson's Embezzled  Heart. I  just started with Chapter Fourteen, so I can start adding more chapters. I like to get myself back in the groove of the story and by reading it as then I start editing and I get back into the flow. I added quite a bit and I think it really improved the chapter. I didn't get through the whole chapter as I got interrupted by family. But please do check it out and let me know what you think!
