I am curious.... what does ecchi mean? Out of all of my years of being an otaku, Ive never figured it out

its not really perverted until the manga is further tagged into seinen, rated for 18 to 30. In a way its like 'fanservice overload' XD oh n btw seinen just means mature content so it doesnt have to involve sex scenes with it. For example a gag manga that makes sex jokes would be tagged seinen. Or, if you watched Madoka, its also tagged seinen for being dark so in a sense you lose your innocence. sorry for blabbing off ^^;
