If you want to write a good story, the biggest thing is to just not rush it. Though if you have read some of my own stories, you can probably tell I don't follow my own advice very well. I rushed a lot, so most of my work feels kind of chopped up! But I don't really mind because I mostly just write to have fun and burn off my extra energy.
Either way, your engagement looks incredible. When I had around 100 readers, I only had about 10 votes. The fact that you already have 53 votes with that many readers shows that your audience is highly engaged and really loving the story. It definitely has a ton of potential!
