Hey, uhh... Sorry for the long post, but please bear with me if you’re interested.
          
          I’ve red several fanfics across a few platforms (Fanfiction, Wattpad, even AO3) but I’ve yet to come across a timetravel fanfic where Luffy becomes the worst version of himself. So I thought one day to make one fanfiction that does exactly that, and that’s how When the Sun Smiles came to be.
          
          Now that I’ve sorta reread all of my chapters, I’ve found myself questioning how I made Luffy out to be and I worry that you, the readers, might dislike his “edgelord emo” kinda personality.
          
          I really want to know—did you like the way I portray this version of Luffy, or would you have preferred him being a little chill or just outright not be a killer? 
          
          Thank you for reading and answering my question. I will read your comments and criticisms to write this story better.

Finally, lol. I’m back posting chapters. Don’t worry, I’ll be updating as frequently as I could. Turns out, being a college student robs a person’s time... And patience.
          
          School break is nearing, and the next school year, I will be second year. With the way the manga was going, I’m afraid that Luffy’s story (before WTSS timeline) will be vastly different, though I’ll try to stick to the manga script. The break will provide me ample time to weave the story to my liking.
          
          Also the gore scenes will probably be even more accurate with wht happens to real life. I’ve been... Watching questionable videos online for scientific purposes. Though this gore-lore accuracy won’t be present withing the next 5 chapters (yes, I’m always five chapters ahead of this book.

          I can't update my current story (When the Sun Smiles) because my original phone's screen is busted.
          
          I don't know when I could repair it, but that phone had my original manuscripts of the Loguetown to Little Garden arcs. Rewriting that by memory will be a hassle and currently, I'm using my mom's phone so my writing time is limited either way.
          
          Sorry for the temporary hiatus!

It's been... What? 2 years?
          
          Apologies for being absent for that long. And as of now, I'm leaving my cringe days behind.
          
          When I mean cringe, I mean my 8th grader Minecraft shipping fanfictions. I would slap my past self for all that.
          
          Currently, I am working on a One Piece Time Travel fanfiction. I guess I'll have to post it within a few days and see what'll happen.

          As of now, I take back the no more HeroSteve thing...
          
          Why not, I mean... I love the draft my brain did! 
          
          I will entitle it "My Sweet Cupcake", after me eating one cupcake and the whole story started popping out my brain for a whole month...
          
          It goes like this:
          
          Steve was just an ordinary Minecraftian, surviving and living. One day, he gets bothered by some raids on nearby villages and factions. He set out to know who it was...
          
          Only to cross against the Nether King, Notch's brother: Herobrine.
          
          He was captured and made a slave, serving in the Nether Palace.
          
          Time comes, and Steve had Herobrine's trust... And eventually... Love.
          
          Herobrine never knew he would love and care for a Human Notch had created — and the first one indeed!
          
          Notch found out, however, was not happy. He forcefully abducted Steve and left Herobrine in a depressing state. Steve was also listless when he lost Herobrine. 
          
          One day, a war against a new, virus code exploded out, taking Steve as the hostage. Herobrine found out, and valiantly fought for his 'sweet cupcake', although he knew he was definitely no match for the code.
          
          Notch still was mad at Herobrine, while Herobrine wished that their quarrel comes to a definite end, and defeat the Virus together.
          
          It sucks, but that was just the first part.

          Sadly, I won't be making HeroSteves... As of the next book or so...
          
          BUT, the planned story, "In The Dark Lights", will be official, and from HeroSteve, it will be a Herobrine x Reader!

          Story plot:
          
          There was this girl from a wealthy family named (Y/n). She used to be a highly-respected personality, with a lot of suitors.
          
          She didn't like them tho.
          
          In one day, she met a certain guy named Herobrine (downgraded him to a normal guy *-*). She immediately liked him at the first meetup.
          
          But she wasn't aware of Herobrine's bitter past. Even the present.
          
          Herobrine was a prostitute, ever since he was a child. He actually never knew true love — not even of his parents. He was raised by the bar owner *who bought him from his parents*, for this kind of work.
          
          And he thought love was just about sex or something... He always thought of married life as just full of erotic and sexual pleasures, as he had on the moment. 
          
          But he actually hated on who he was now. He hated to be a filthy toy being messed up by men every day, every night. 
          
          Ever since he met (Y/n), he knew the word 'love'.
          
          But he was afraid that the girl of her dreams would leave him because of the fact that he was a man behind the darkest lights of a beerhouse, purity smothered by sin, lust, and desires.
          
          Everything just pops out, and she knew who he was.
          
          Will (Y/n) be mad and leave him, or accept Herobrine on who he was... On his past?
          
          Yeh, kinda weird.
          
          I used to have this twiddly brain, thinking about a lot of stuff.
          
          My inspiration here was the retired Pornhub star, Mia Khalifa, just that it was like a genderswap.
