Izuku is a ghoul
Can only eat human flesh. Can't live off blood but his counterpart loves it.
He killed his friend and mum on the same day running away scared and frightened gets picked up by lov who help him.
He ends up having a second personality which wakes up when izuku goes asleep.
To help him live he uses the second personality to feed his hunger and malice of his quirk . Even though izuku would never ever think of harming anyone.
If he gets injured in his alternative state he reverts to his normal self. Confused....
Either way I had so much writing it and hope you guys love reading it.
