"When life hits you hard, you stand your ground and hit back harder. Never let negativity dictate who you are. You are strong and capable even if you don't realise it just yet" - These words came to me during a very difficult time in my life. I still struggle with my demons from time to time but with the support of a few good friends and  the love of my life I believe I can pull through.
