Hi,

My name is Sylphvaria. Okay that's not my real name but you probably figured that out. It's an old D&D gaming name. Yes, I'm that type of geek and old enough to have played D&D with out the aid of video games. Sylph means water fairy, and varia just makes it sound pretty. I have always been an avid reader and since 5th grade an occasional writer. 

My most important job for the past 16 years has been Mom. In the last few years I have had the luxury to delve into my creative side. The results: I now make jewelry under the shop name Rose's Shadow (https://www.etsy.com/shop/RosesShadow?ref=hdr_shop_menu), something I'm passionate about; I'm an expert ghost hunter, something I've been doing for the past 10 years; I'm working on a non-fiction book about ghost hunting; and am always working on some sort of fiction, novels, poems, short stories, etc.

A friend talked me into joining Wattpad, which I'm very grateful for. I look forward to reading everyone's stories as well as sharing some of my own. Hope you like them.
