Seeing Midnight at Harrow’s Fair even reach the top 5 of the horror category, let alone #4 and #2, has my mind blown.

I read your story, and I seriously loved it! I've actually got a few ideas I'd love to share with you if you're interested. Also, a couple of my messages keep getting blocked here, so if you've got another platform we can chat on, I'd be down to connect there.

Chapter 13 is now up!

I’ve been doing my best to get this book written as quickly as possible, especially with fall approaching within the next couple of months. From what I’ve been seeing, the haunted carnival theme just seems to be popping up everywhere so far (Bath & Body Works, HHN, Howl-o-Scream), so I’m super excited that one of my fav spooky things will be trending for Halloween this year.

As always, if you get a chance to read my book, please leave a comment, vote for a chapter, or feel free to just let me know you stopped by.

Even though I was 12 years old in 1997, I’m spending extra time on each chapter to make things as accurate as possible for the time period (with the exception of some songs that I just had to have in this story), so please bear with me.

My goal is to get this book completed by October 31st of 2026, but as complex as I am wanting the book to be with what I have in mind for it, that date may be extended, just depending on how much time I can dedicate to writing it every week.

Appreciate you being here — and don’t forget to say hello and let me know what you think of Midnight at Harrow’s Fair.

Chapter 10 for Midnight at Harrow's Fair is up!

I've been trying to update every Sunday to keep things consistent. If I can update more than that, I will def try, but for now this schedule seems to work pretty well for me.

If you get a chance to read this new chapter, or if you're just stumbling upon this book, I'd love it if you could take the time to write a quick comment and let me know what you think. I've been putting a lot into this book, a lot of research, and a lot of TLC into not only the characters, but into the storyline itself.

I hope you enjoy it as much as I've enjoyed writing it so far. If you can, follow me so I can follow you back, and thank you for being here

There’s a quote by Alfred Hitchcock that I’ve always liked.

He basically distinguished surprise from suspense.

          Surprise is:

          A bomb explodes.

          Suspense is:

The audience knows there’s a bomb somewhere under the table… but they don’t know when, why, or if it’ll go off.

          I prefer the suspense. ⏰…
