What can I say about myself? I used to write far more than I tend to these days. Had hopes of being published once upon a time, but have long since become disillusioned of that idea. Writing has become tougher these past few years as it's seemed harder to connect to my work and really throw my heart behind it. But I'm hopeful that I can eventually regain that enthusiasm about writing I once had.

I'm a bit of an odd bird. My all-time favorite author is Christopher Pike. Being a fan of his work automatically gains you points with me. Pike was probably the reason I first started writing at all. And even though I've long since outgrown the age group most of his books were aimed at, I still re-read a lot of his books on a regular basis.

I was originally led to this site when a user named AlexCLight plagiarized The Second Layer and began posting it as his own. I didn't even know Wattpad existed before that.
