            I  WORK  BETTER  ALONE .    they  get  on  my  nerves ,   won't  be  silent  when  i'm  trying  to  focus .    i'd  rather  have  sombra  talking  my  ear  off  than  alter . [a small chuckle comes from her mouth,  considering her lap—dog told her the same story,  except it was lacroix and not their fault].  talon knows you two are great at working with each other when you are not at each others throats;  I suggest muzzling Alter next time if you cannot handle their quips.  [it’s hard to tell if she’s joking or not].  one mission out of hundreds that you completed will not taint your legacy;  there will be hundreds more to prove you are still worthy.

            AGAIN ,   I  EXPECTED  AS  SUCH .    idolising  omnics  will  only  lead  to  more  problems .    nothing  is  perfect ,   certainly  not  machines .   (  eyes lingering on the flask ,   as if she was trying to understand what was inside of it  )     i  still  can't  decide  if  that's  a  blessing  or  a  curse :    instinct  is  a  dangerous  thing  .

My old group kicked me out because they did not see the appeal in becoming our best selves—they developed a saviour complex towards machines as if they weren’t the perfect things to become.  [with a little huff,   their fist closes against a flask,  twirling the mysterious liquid around].  Makes sense.  Only thing humans can replicate with omnics;  their ability to do things on instinct,  as if it is their nature to do it.

            HM .    it  doesn’t  surprise  me  that  your  old  group  kicked  you  to  the  curb .    (  despite her hostility ,   she was intrigued at the other’s intentions .   it wasn’t something she could fully understand :   the desire to be mechanical .   but in some sense ,   that is what she also was —  a husk of a human  )    quiet .    i  wasn’t  born  like  this ,   i  still  know  the  proper  emotions  to  display —    i  just  don’t  do  it .   it’s  instinct ,   but  without  the  feeling  behind  it .
