It depends on how you want to do it? If your doing a cremation then its up to your friends and family to carry on your dying wish, If I died in a hospital bed I suppose I would have a little more freedom, or in a jail cell, or at home? I would probably be placed in a mahogany coffin and sent down a mountain extending onto a mighty lake whilst my loved ones overlook the whole scene in a ferry.
          
          That is how I would prepare and die.
