Hi all,

I just wanted to say thank you for the feedback I received on my book that I posted here. It was critical to developing the confidence to go ahead and publish. The book is published, in full, and the Ebook version is completely free until Tuesday so you can all grab it on Amazon right now.
Just search for my name or A Foreshadowing of Darkness.

I will begin Book 2 shortly and will be posting those chapters here as well. Again, those of you that helped look at this thing for me were simply unbelievable. Thank you!

@Astridhe Thanks Astridhe, the paperback is available as well. Is there a way to put a picture of it on here? I will add one if I can figure it out. I really appreciated everything you did to help me. I plan on starting on book two next week and the novelette at the same time. I will post the entire novelette here (as it will not be available on Amazon, that will be my reader magnet) and the chapters of book 2 as I move through it. The People here are just fantastic.

Awesome! Congratulations on publishing! Though, on principle as a fellow writer, I’ll pick it up when it has a pricetag. That’s really cool!

Hello TB!

Sorry, I don't want to intrude, but I noticed you being a follower and reader of fantasy and romance authors. Maybe you’d like to give the supernatural fantasy-romance ‘Regent’s Blood’ by M.J. Stephanos a chance as well. I’m a fan of her book and I think she deserves more readers and followers.

          Best Regards justanutsoreolover

I posted the first three chapters in hopes of getting some feedback on the storyline itself. I’m not done editing yet, but I’m nearing completion of the book. I am writing chapters 23 and 24 now which will be the finale at around 320 to 330 pages. I am planning two more novels detailing Arawns rise and then a subsequent trilogy on his fall from power.
I’d really like to know your thoughts.

@TBWayne I think you can get away with both. Definitely worth a shot. I find it makes it easier for me to keep up on what people are writing because I add it to my library and then get updates whenever a new chapter is posted rather than having to seek it out (as a naturally absent-minded person).

As far as negative reviews and publishing go: take full advantage of Wattpad feedback. It can help you hone in on things that are good and things that need work, which I find makes it easier to write. There will always be negative reviews of anything, but time honing tends to get you more comfortable with things. I do think you have a real story and it's been very enjoyable so far. I am also a huge sucker for the Hero's Fall, it should be noted. That and Villain's Redemption are my two favorite sorts of arcs.

@Astridhe No problem at all. Thats funny because Jager recommended breaking it up into smaller chapters. Can I get away with doing both here or will that set off alarms of some sort?
As for the commentary, please, leave more! This is why I came here. I am terrified of taking this and publishing and reaping the whirlwind of negative reviews. I anticipate there will be some, but commentary like your, Jager's and my own 17 person beta reading group is telling me I have a real story that people will like. I am eager for more.

@TBWayne You might consider putting all the parts together as one book. It'd make it easier for the readers to find them and probably increase your reads a bit. Also, sorry not sorry about leaving you comments. I enjoyed the prologue and first three.
