Thomas Barr Jr resides in Miami Florida and is a huge fan of the Miami Heat basketball team. He began writing while a student at Bethune Cookman University and wrote professionally after graduate school. He is fond of doing community service with the brothers of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporated. When not writing he does personal research in historical American biographies and sport fishing. His writing interests are in historical thrillers that explore the urban content of city and rural life.
