Hi everyone! I posted about it on my Facebook Page, Twilight Beacon Studios, but after receiving some really great feedback about typos (sorry!) and the flow of the chapters that have already been released, I decided to take time out today to correct and finesse the first few chapters of the book. I had done some self-edits (yikes!) and asked one or two people to look over the story, but getting it out to more people (including my eternal editor and best friend Jessi) pointed out a lot of glaring spots that I had missed.
          	
          	Thank you so much for being patient with me and helping me grow as a writer. Right now, I don't mind that there were mistakes -- for me, I just getting the story out and letting people read it has been huge. I'll try to make sure that the quality is better first thing going forward! I would also love to answer any questions you might have about Janiya and the world she lives in so I can possibly make things clear in later chapters.

          I apologize for the late hour, but I'm pleased to let you know that Chapter Four of The Desolate is now out on Wattpad! I stayed up pretty late last night patching together some loose plot patches, and this evening I was polishing things off. Thanks for your patience.
