i’m releasing a new horror slasher story titled "toxicbaby: kiss and tell."
what is it about?
four ancient spiritual parasites called "toxac" were sent to earth 700 years ago. they enter human hosts and control their bodies to kill "guilty people, sinners, or manchildren" (or make them die) so the parasites can survive. this story explores how a serial killer’s mind works when these parasites are in control.
however, these ancient spirits were becoming weak because they were too traditional. to survive in the modern world, they had to adapt. they were losing their grip on the older generation, so the four toxac spirits have decided to enter new hosts and dress in trendy styles to lure in more people. they are learning slangs, modern words, and viral trends so their prey feels comfortable before they strike.
what are their weaknesses?
to stay powerful, they must set a group of people as their target and ensure only the "guilty" die. their weakness is the opposite of their feeding system: if an INNOCENT PERSON dies within the circle they have set, their power decreases and they begin to starve. the only way to truly defeat them is to sacrifice someone innocent to "poison" the parasite’s feed.
do they have faces?
no, they are ancient, faceless spiritual parasites. their appearance depends entirely on the body they inhabit. they can also enter male bodies because these entities are non-binary.
this series will feature three standalone stories with different settings and different people, but the same spiritual parasites.
