If there are any gym goers I wanna ask.
Why is it that I never feel my pecs during the bench press? Like seriously. I do all the perfect forms with a perfect control and I immediately feel demotivated asf when after 8 reps I don't feel any burn at all.

@WichTorCha 8 Reps is my max and then I try to 2 or 3 reps even above it. I do one warm up set and 2 sets till failure. Whenever I reach a max of 12 reps to failure I immediately up the weight. I am deciding to go to a chiropractor or massage therapist partially because I have a winged scapula and my left side is not as strong as my right and I think the scapula is causing balance and control issues when lifting heavy weights.

@THUNDERsnek You need to do More rep's then, your Body is getting uset to the # of Reps your Doing. As such you either need more or your need to up the Weight( No more than 10 in reps or weight Please as you could hurt your self )

Something that's been bothering because I've been on a rewatch streak with anime, currently am on Naruto again after finishing Berserk and Bleach.
I've just reached the Pain Arc again and something that really didn't strike me well was the sheer admiration Naruto recieved after he beat Pain from the same village and villagers that isolated and treated him like a disease his whole life.
Like after all that horrible treatment suddenly these guys treat him as a hero and some messiah and except things to go buddy buddy after they isolated him?
I'm not gonna be immature and say shit like they don't deserve Naruto's saving or some shit because in the end the villagers are humans and humans are like this. But certainly that scene really felt extremely hypocritical on the village's end.
This is something I wish Kishimoto explored in depth. Like Naruto suddenly feels the villager's and their reverence for him as hollow and hypocritical to an extent and he gets confused about how to handle all of this as Naruto feels for the first time. Truly Empty.
What's your guys's thoughts on this?
