Sooo as for this break I took I got addicted to this pokemon fangame called Pokemon Rejuvenation and I am happy to announce I have finished the Paragon Route for now. (Yes their are two routes you can play)
          	
          	I will be continuing my writing after my two day trip with my parents to a Hill Station in my home state of Kerala, India. I'll be a happy chappy soon because I have had a lot of time on thinking how to write further chapters so be prepared.
          	
          	Also screw it. POKEMON REJUVENATION IS PEAK!!!!!

But then I got addicted to Pokemon Rejuvenation and Pokemon Reborn and I have been addicted. I might just spend my time finishing these two before continuing.Ughh their so peak!!

If there are any gym goers I wanna ask.
          
          Why is it that I never feel my pecs during the bench press? Like seriously. I do all the perfect forms with a perfect control and I immediately feel demotivated asf when after 8 reps I don't feel any burn at all.

@THUNDERsnek Yea . good Idea when i was in the Army i had to do PT for over a Year working on my right Shoulder. that was so boaring & trireing. Sorry When in pain My mind does not care about Correct Spelling. Later & take care.

@WichTorCha  8 Reps is my max and then I try to 2 or 3 reps even above it. I do one warm up set and 2 sets till failure. Whenever I reach a max of 12 reps to failure I immediately up the weight. 
            
            I am deciding to go to a chiropractor or massage therapist partially because I have a winged scapula and my left side is not as strong as my right and I think the scapula is causing balance and control issues when lifting heavy weights.

@THUNDERsnek You need to do More rep's then, your Body is getting uset to the # of Reps your Doing. As such you either need more or your need to up the Weight( No more than 10 in reps or weight Please as you could hurt your self )

          They used Novel Feats for Dante and my boi still lost.....
          
          I don't think I can recover from this emotionally.
