hello I'm back, turns out writer's block is really annoying, every time I sit down to draft chapter 15, I just cannot think straight so I've been procrastinating. I want to apologise for the inconsistent updates and also to thank everyone who keeps coming back to read it. I'm Gunna try really hard to get 15 out, but in the meantime, I'm also starting another book and while i've only got the summary published expect the first chapter in the following weeks as its still really fresh in my mind.

hi all, sorry about the wait, I've been trying to adjust to my new schedule as I officially graduated from school last year, its taken a bit of work but I think I'm finally in a place where I can start writing again, keep an eye out for chapter 13 guys, should be published before the end of the month.
          
          I also wanted to thank everyone for your support and reading my books, I'd love it if you guys could leave a comment on your thoughts so far, I'd really like to hear what you think of my works.

Hi all sorry for  my absence and inability to post new chapters. Im currently in the process of completing my externals and it has been hectic, again so sorry i probably wont be able to post for another month or two depending on how things go but i really appreciate your patience. Thankyou

also, congratulations on reaching 10,000 words and the ridgeback beast's 1-year anniversary last Wednesday. I'm so happy I've come this far and its defiantly motivated me to continue righting, also the second book in the series is officially in progress, so keep an eye out for spirits and dragons and follow ash on his life changing adventure.

hi all, so I just re published chapter 8 because I was really confused on which chapter I was up to as I have been away from it for over a week, so I highly recommend going back and re-reading it. thank you, also chapter 9 will be a little late due to this confusion.

hi sorry I haven't been posting regular updates for the ridge back beast, I've been really busy with school and work, but I haven't forgotten about it and I still have a lot of motivation to keep going with it unlike to deal a life, I've kind just given up on it, it started of pretty good but i didn't do any kind of planning with it and it just kind of got really boring and dull to write so yeah I'm finishing it, with the encyclopaedia I'm still kind of coming up with ideas for the lore behind the creatures and I'm still really motivated to come up with my own original lore so I really look forward to what i come up with. thank you, guys, so much for reading my works it makes me really happy to see that some of you are enjoying it and coming back for more. I really appreciate you guys.
