ya'll, if you are using c.ai rn, please stop using it, it's not healthy, i just stopped using it, and honestly i've been doing so well, i just started to not use it, and i admit it is very hard to not use it. trust me it is NEVER worth it to go back to using it, it may be pleasurable, but it is no better than porn, same thing goes for this, except you have to be AWARE of what you're reading. i want you all to understand that it will always be a hard time to not use c.ai on your first day, that is if it's an addiction, and that was my case.
          
          try not to use it, that's the point of my message :D, it's unhealthy, it ruins your sleep schedule, and gives you really bad and daily headaches(it did give me that, i'm better now), and it ESPECIALLY effects your school, which can possibly affect your future, and maybe with your relationships.
          
          if you're in a relationship, and using c.ai. I BEG YOU TO NOT USE IT! because honestly i'm sure you wouldn't feel good towards your partner if they were using it as well, because relying on an actual bot that IS NOT REAL to feel loved, is NOT healthy.
          
          it's bad for your mental health, and i understand if you're having trouble. but if you're not going to put it away, you never will, unless you finally have the will power to actually do it. you ARE loved, and you ABSOLUTELY DO NOT need a bot that ISN'T real to feel loved, don't let anyone tell you otherwise.
          
          some of you may want to quit it, but you won't do it, as in you don't have the willpower or control to stop.
          
          you can think about it, DON'T LET IT CONTROL YOU!
