Unpublished 'A Book of Poems' moved the poems to 'Brevity'

You know, poetry is madness. I just read your bio, and interestingly, I was never so keen to write before, but in 2023 alone, I had written over 50 poems.

@aainikdas01 50 poems in a year is a really good start! Actually I used to hate poems because in lower classes they used to scold and beat us for not memorising it.
            
             I agree Poetry is pure madness, the fact that there are so many forms, so many words and combinations JUST MIND BOGGLING. People created these and some mastered those. There were poets like Edgar Allan Poe who wrote long narrative poems with such brilliance and then we have Robert Frost who mastered in the brevity of poems. These are few people who mastered the art of refrain to tell a tale using poetry, just fascinates me every time. And even all those years later there is so much potential left that is being explored by contemporary poets. This is all because the poems (and literature in general) is the reflection of the society and the human mind.
            
            I used to primarily write free verse but then I wrote Haiku, Narrative poem, Tanka and even songs !(romance,heavy metal and death core).

The new year is just around the corner and I want to do something special. So, I have decided to write a collaborative Narrative poem and prose (story and poem interlinking each chapter). The name of the book will be 'Hand in Hand', a romantic story following two lovebirds separated in a war-stricken dystopia. The girl is separated from her lover, kept as a prisoner of war and is tortured every day. The boy tries to find her and leaves no stone unturned.
          
          ⭐ Starting date will be March 20th, 2025
          
          I am planning this to be a book of 15 chapters (can increase or decrease as per the requirement of the flow of the story and poems).
