I have started re-watching The Walking Dead again and can't help but feel anxious about not having written the rest of April's story. I plan to slowly update it and at least get it to the end of season 6, the beginning of season 7.
          
          I see a lot of people are still saving the older version of the story so if you have, I urge you to read the newer one. The story is different, but I believe the writing is better. 
          
          I apologize for not updating the story in what has been like 3 years, but I am an adult now, am finishing my first two years at college soon, and have a lot of stuff in my life to think about, as well as personal stories that sometimes take priority over these fanfictions. 
          
          I hope you enjoy where April's story will lead her. I may eventually publish the timeline for the seasons I have written out and update the actual chapters whenever I feel like it just so you guys can see what I have planned for her.

I apologize for not updating my rewritten work of Thief With A Machete lately. I have just finished another year of school and just completed my CNA course, so I have been overwhelmed lately. I have a lot in store for the next couple of chapters and hope you all enjoy where they take April !

It’s been a hot minute hasn’t it . Anyway, I’ve started rewatching TWD from the beginning and I decided to read back my old “A Thief With A Machete” and I’m HORRIFIED at the writing and grammar. I wrote that shit in like 6-7th grade. It’s been a long time. Anyway, I was so embarrassed by the writing that I have been seriously thinking of a re-write? Maybe actually following the storyline instead of going off tracks like I did. Of course I will add in original stuff but it will stay more true to the show (not comics). If I do do a rewrite, it will NOT be my main focus as a writer, as I’m currently writing an original Zombie Apocalypse book and want to focus on that. Let me know if a rewrite would be something y’all would be interested in.

So I promised to publish the ending of Thief with a Machete so here it is. I can't really remember what exactly I planned because I changed it a lot but this was the general idea.
          
          
          So at the end of the book, there would be a huge fight between the woodsmen that April attacked when the whole apocalypse started to happen. Obviously, April and the rest of the TWD people would win and continue to live at the sanctuary they were at when I left off. I would end the book by switching it to present time of April writing and her ending it, saying it's time for someone else to take over in the future: her unborn child.
          
          April would have a son with Carl, who would then start his own adventure in the apocalypse. I am blanking on what I would have named him, but he would have been the premise of the second book I wanted to write. 
          
          I am sorry to those who actually enjoyed my book while it lasted (2-3 years I think ) I did want to finish it sooner but I got interested in different things (Maze Runner, Teen Wolf, Janoskians, Supernatural, now just YouTube)
          
          I am no longer truly interested in anything anymore except for music and watching YouTube. I did have a Markiplier fanfic that I never finished as well, and all the other stories that failed to be finished. I feel like I need to finish these on my own time then publish them on a schedule. 
          
          Hopefully my new book will be finished my the start of next year, as I don't know how long I will make it.
          
          My time is also occupied by planning for a real book (heavily thought out and planned) and other bits of more stories. 
          
          I am truly sorry I never finished these books and I will try my best to keep on track and maybe give you all some little details and snippets here and there.

I'm very sorry about not updating. My dad died in March and it was very sudden and I haven't really touched this app since. After I finish my books on here I will go away for a while and work on my book(s) in my Google Docs account. If I do not finish my TWD book by the end of the year I will post the ending here where everyone can see :)

I've been really inactive and not posting but I'm going to finish A Thief with a Machete, I PROMISE. I have ideas and a whole surprise planned  just wait and see

So so so sorry about being so inactive and not writing but it's been really hard without the show to inspire me and it's a bit hard to get where I need to be. There will be a total of 50 chapters because I have something big planned!
