Yellow? 

a small token of kindness [ 01st september, 2025 — monday] 
          
          words plated in heirlooms, heavy with light,
          tinkling cuts, dazzling wounds —
          weaponry forged from childhood gloom,
          wars cradled in a mother’s stolen womb. 
          
          windmills bow above folded clothes,
          grandmother’s peach crumble cooling on the sill.
          cottages lean, tethered with ghosts —
          growth a gamble, memory the wager. 
          
          tender hearts rest in greasy hands,
          coloured proses, begotten rhyme.
          measuring the gaps of fleeting hours,
          tidy rooms against the storm of rest. 
          
          roads of chemicals, an age of hearts,
          souls displaced, refugees of home.
          effervescence rushes, skeletons mist-bound —
          a tale as old as precedents. 
          
          labyrinthine dashes, nuance permitted,
          olives of faith, olives betrayed.
          a marathon — glass slippers sublime —
          and all of life becomes a floor for dancing,
          a garden for incitement,
          a bloom pressed against time.

Does anyone know of a word or term for the feeling of suddenly needing to write something, or even perhaps read? You know, like one of those oddly specifically described feelings in one word.

If I could put my cat in a contest he would win. He’s simply better. Nobody can convince me otherwise. 
          
          Actually what’s really funny about him is I taught him “sit” and “up” (like on his back legs), except I don’t think he ever learned the commands, he just learned what he had to do to get the treats. Talk about lazy intelligence.

The king of hearts is the only one without a mustache.

I'm just gonna post a random fact every day that I log on now. Anyways, did you know that kangaroos can temporarily put their pregnancy on pause? The pause in their pregnancy is called embryonic diapause, and it usually occurs when the mother-to-be knows it has a lack of resources, such as a water shortage. 
          
          There's a lot of strange things about a kangaroos reproductive system. If you're looking for strange facts, then I suggest you research them, because they are definitely the way to go in this case.

Did you all know that giraffes have 170 bones by the time they reach maturity? That's less bones than a human being, which totals a whole 206 bones by maturity! That is a whole 36 LESS bones than us, and they're huge!

If a whole language could become sick, I would be the cause of it. I'm not talking about the people who speak it, but the language itself, because I use far to many commas for it to possibly be healthy for the poor language. So if anyone notices the English language starting to sound a little off, like more off than it would usually sound, that would be my bad. 
          
          Whoops, oh well. It'll live... unless it dies, like Latin. I'll just worry about that another time.
          
          Am I taking responsibility for  the possible downfall of a very spoken language? Why yes, yes I am. Now... give me all the hate and glory for being the killer of something a good portion of the world loves! Mwahahahahaha!
