MEXICO'S REACTION TO BTS WAS ANOTHER LEVEL OF HEART WARMING.
50,000 PEOPLE IN THE SPAN OF 1 HOUR.
1 HOUR!
Sure, loving BTS hurt, because of how they LoOkEd LiKe GiRlS and they then started to call them 'BaThRoOm ToIlEt SeRvIcEs'. Being in the middle of it was hard, when people refused to be my friend because I was a BTS ARMY. When Love Yourself came out, it was like Bangtan was reaching out to me to help me, to remind me to love myself and to remind me that there are so many people out there who love me for who I am...I am sure sooo many ARMY's felt like that. BTS helped me, they cared for me and most of all, they LOVED me.
This is why I write this saying, Loving BTS hurt but it is the one thing I will NEVER regret.
Now there are so many people who reach out to me in school saying, 'Oh? You like BTS? I like them too.' 2 things. I don't like BTS, I love them and there is so much difference between an ARMY and a casual fan. A short I saw today really touched me, it was about the same topic. I don't need more friends, I belong to a group of TRUE friends. I'm not bragging but, we are known in school as all of us are either state or national medalists in different sports. People know me as 'The Swimmer' because I spend around 12-13 hours in the pool, training. They also know our group has been BTS ARMY's since 2019, all of us found them on our own, but we all the same thing. Them. We'll never regret it, we never have.
This is why I say, I am PROUD to be an ARMY and I will never hide it.
