One of my favorite books ended. I spent so many hours and months reading it .. and now she posted the final chapter and we are all: WTF.. *cry* i feel betrayed.. from a book lol

It’s a fantasy romance book about a human girl named Esmara. She lives in a world that is ruled by seven kinds of shifters, and she is mated to one. I’m been writing stories for a long time now. I’ve been thinking about getting my stories copyrighted but I don’t know anything about how to get started and which websites to trust. If anyone has any advice or knows anything about getting things copyrighted please let me know. I’m very proud of what I have written so far. I don’t want anyone to try to steal it and taking it for theirs.
Another thing I have to learn is to make a book cover.
Everyone makes it look so simple.
@Blusky366 a friend of mine told me the other day that her aunt published her books on Amazon. I’m going to look into the copyright and maybe try it here first. But I have to get it notarized first I really don’t want people to steal my hard work.
