           You are safe and healthy ❤️. I want to say that whenever something happens in life there is some reason. So even if you have to lose just to say truth please do it because in the end of the day you will have a smile on your face and it's worth it. There is karma also"what you do is always gets back to you" so why not from today we should accept truth and should be trustworthy. I will tell my incident one day there was my test and I was giving it . I thought I should cheat but than I thought I am not trustworthy to myself and god who is watching me  in the end I didn't cheat but got good marks.
