I am dropping my revisions with purpose-❤️ This isn’t a free‑for‑all. If you came here to clown or throw shade — keep it moving. I don’t host socks, I don’t reward disrespect, and I don’t confuse noise with dialogue.
If you came here to read with depth, engage with nuance, and respect the work — welcome. That’s the lane. Everything else gets deleted.

Imagine being so pressed by creativity you had to comment without context. My cast isn’t for you — and that’s the point. You don’t have to like my names — but you do have to admit they made you look.

Haters always have something to say! Ive had some weird comments too, it happens. Just keep doing you!

Fic drops incoming Since 2010, I’ve been curating BW-centric stories across True Blood (Tara), TVD (Bonnie), Sleepy Hollow (Abbie), Richonne, and Gen X Breakfast Club rewrites. I’m mostly here on Wattpad these days—original works are being revised, legacy-coded fics are archived, and new chapters are brewing. Come through for emotionally literate chaos, forensic fire, and scroll-proof storytelling. I do not write for ghost, mimics or siphons. This is the final warning. Masterlist lives here: https://www.tumblr.com/blkgurlsmuse/799967271176077312/masterlist-blkgurlsmuse-bw-centric-fic?source=share

@Booyahchick Thank you love- I had to block them, I think I know who that was, they are obsessed. I did not think I would have to spell it out, but I supposed some people are that ignorant.

@TaraNorthman Ya Boo got you... you know you doing good when you got random goofy people sliding into your book and they don't even follow you. ❤️

I don’t WRITE for ghosts. If you’ve read my work before joining this platform, name the platform. If you’re moved, smash that vote. If you’re here to siphon, know that I track my work with precision. Compliments without clarity are not engagement—they’re camouflage. You will be blocked with a quickness.
TaraNorthman
I write for resonance, not revision. If you’ve traced my work across platforms, you’ve already read the blueprint. If you’ve reacted without naming the source, you’ve already missed the point.
I don’t post for aesthetic tourists. I don’t drop fics for remixers. I don’t build archives for sock accounts.
My work is timestamped. My intent is clear. If you’re still lurking after the unfollow, know this: I saw the pattern. I named it. I moved on.
True readers know the difference. —Muse

@ParadieCircus AO3 is a beautiful archive. Some of us built emotional stories there long before the aesthetic era arrived. If a fic moved you, I hope it inspired you to find your own rhythm—not trace someone else's. I write with intention, timestamped and tracked. Resonance leaves a mark. Echoes fade. Thanks for stopping by. —Muse

❤️I didn’t just wake up one day with a polished voice and layered storytelling instincts—I put in the work. Workshops, rewrites, late-night edits, and the kind of feedback that makes you rethink everything (in the best way). Growth takes intention.
If you’re serious about developing your craft, I highly recommend checking out the Boot Camp Mentors community on Wattpad. They’re currently running a mini workshop focused on opening paragraphs—those crucial first lines that make or break a reader’s attention. It’s happening now through Sept 19th in their Discord server (link in their bio).
Whether you’re just starting out or refining your tenth draft, this is a space where feedback meets encouragement. I’ll be there, and I hope to see some of you join in. Let’s keep building stories that matter. ️

@TaraNorthman It’s understandable to feel frustrated and conflicted when the people who once overlooked or mimicked your work suddenly turn around and offer insincere praise. That kind of behavior can be disheartening, especially when your creativity and effort deserve genuine recognition. Please remember: your voice and talent matter, no matter how others choose to act. Sometimes, when your originality stands out, it can make others both imitate and try to win your approval after the fact. This says much more about their insecurities and need for validation than it does about your worth. You don’t have to accept praise that doesn’t feel authentic, and you’re not obligated to diminish your feelings for the comfort of others. Let your own satisfaction and the support of those who truly see and value you be the foundation you return to. Stay focused on your unique voice, protect your creative space, and keep moving forward. The right people will always recognize and appreciate the real you.

On Originality and Echoes
I've been writing Richonne stories for years on FF, A03 and here—layered, emotionally grounded, kink-positive, and unapologetically original. I've built worlds where cowboy Rick aches for connection, where Michonne navigates heartbreak with quiet power, and where their chemistry burns slow and deep. These aren't just tropes—they're emotional blueprints I crafted with intention.
So, when I see stories pop up that echo my setups—sometimes within days of my updates—it's hard not to notice. Even the pacing, the POV shifts, the emotional scaffolding. It's not just familiar—it's reactive.
This isn't the first time. I've been ignored, flamed, and then quietly copied. And while fandom is a space for remixing and inspiration, there's a line between homage and appropriation. That line gets crossed when my work is mined for ideas without acknowledgment—especially by those who once claimed to be fans.
So, here's my truth:
I see it.
I name it.
And I still hope for better.
It's not too late to say, "I was inspired."
It's not too late to find your own rhythm.
It's not too late to stop tracing someone else's voice and start cultivating your own.
Because originality isn't just a direction—it's a decision. And when you choose it, your work sings louder. It becomes unmistakably yours.
I write with fire and heart. I hope you do too.

@TaraNorthman What in the fresh...is this code for stop mimicking my work? Call is out sis!!! Naming the harm doesn't mean claiming ownership of every trope or idea, but it does mean standing up for the labor, intent, and heart an author pours into their work. Facing appropriation—especially from those who once claimed admiration—can feel like a profound betrayal. I say call them out and make sure they know you won't stand for that!

@TaraNorthman Whew, Muse, you just set this whole timeline on fire and handed out oven mitts! There’s only one you, and it shows in every word. Let ‘em try to copy your vibe—they’ll just end up with store-brand when you’re gourmet. Keep blazing your trail. The real ones see your originality and we’re not letting anyone forget it.

Tina Turner (born Anna Mae Bullock; November 26, 1939 – May 24, 2023)
For sixteen years, her husband beat her.
But on this night, Tina Turner washed the blood from her face, wrapped a cape around her bloodied clothes, covered her eyes with a pair of sunglasses, and placed a wrap on her head, because the swelling was so bad, she couldn’t wear her wig.
She ran out of the hotel, hid among the trash cans, and then ran to the Ramada Inn, where she begged for a room.
All she had was thirty-six cents and a Mobil credit card.
But after sixteen years of cruelty, she finally walked out on Ike Turner.
To be clear, it wasn’t easy. She was so worried about her safety, she stayed with friends, paying her way by keeping house. It got so bad that Tina Turner—the Tina Turner—had to use food stamps.
And yes, it’s incredible that Tina Turner built her career back from nothing.
But what’s even more incredible is the battle cry she repeated inside her head—the battle cry that gave her strength:
“I will die before I go back.”
Never forget it: No matter how deep the hole is, you can always find a way out.
In their divorce, Tina Turner gave Ike nearly everything. All their money. And the publishing royalties for her compositions.
“You take everything I’ve made in the last sixteen years,” she said. “I’ll take my future.”
