Making a difference
Who we are doesn't define us
22q Deletion Syndrome
I'm 37 years old with a 13 year old son. We both have 22q deletion syndrome which is the missing 22 chromosome. There are multiple symptoms of this syndrome, but my son and I only have Speech impediment and learning disability. I'm very blessed that's all we have. We may be different, but we are still human. I don't know what I do without my son in my life. He's my hero!
I want to inspire others who are like me and let them know just because we are different doesn't mean we can't do anything. It just means we have to work harder for what we want in life. We have a disability, but that doesn't change who we are. Who we are doesn't define us. Don't judge me for who I am. I tolerate no bullying. I wanna make a difference in peoples lives.
I hope you all enjoy my books. I do love the feedback, but please be nice about it. I know my paragraphs and such are all over the place. If they need some work or changes let me know and I'll change it to make it better.
Love y'all so much for the support.
