Hey yall, I'm a horrible poster. I've been super busy. Between two jobs, life and family I havent had the time or motivation to write but I'm finally back to it. Hey y'all. I really am sorry about not posting. I've tried to write a thousand times lately and just haven't been able. However tonight(well really right now its three in the morning) I updated "This Is Personal," with two new poems and may add more after I go to sleep and wake up. "Judged," a poem in the new part is just written maybe fifteen minutes ago and is the first thing I've written in my absence. Which just to explain a bit, I've had a rough few months, losing my uncle three years to the day of losing my father at the end of May, trying to move my life forward and working on getting a new job all while still working full time and trying to keep myself from having a mental breakdown but I'm trying to get back in the groove, writing tonight helped and I'm going to try to work on some more after I get a few hours of sleep because I have to work in a few hours as well. Thank you for still following me and just know I appreciate it and I'm still trying. ❤
I'm sorry I havent been active or responding to things, it was a bad weekend. Yesterday was the three year anniversary of my dad's death and he was my best friend and it's a hard day for me. On top of the usual sadness however my uncle passed away yesterday and it's just been hectic. I promise to post tomorrow or Thursday at least one chapter to both "The Propecy" and "As We Fall". Thank you for understanding and I hope all of you are well and have a good week!
Hey yall, I have a question, or really I'm on a search for advice. What tips would you give someone starting out and trying to get reads and followers?
@TattedIrish Yeah, a lot of readers/writers on here are teens. Nothing wrong with that, but smut and fanfic tend to be popular. Tagging your stories helps a lot too. Even if it seems insignificant, tag it.
@TattedIrish You can also try entry in various competitions...like the fiction awards 2019 is on now. you can put your book in that, and if you get nominated, that's enough to get you a lot of reads.

@chykwrites Hey, I followed you too. My main two are "As We Fall" and "The Prophecy". The first is kind of a dark romance mostly because it touches on dark topics along the way. The second is more of a paranormal save the world with romance along the way. I'll check yours out, I'm always up for checking out others works.

Going to try to get some writing done tonight. I can't make any promises on posting often this week or being very great at communicating with people. It's a rough week personally for me as next Monday is the three year anniversary of my dad's death and he was my best friend and it's hard on me this time of year.
