Ive had at least three panic attacks today about the zombie apocalypse. All ive been thinking about fir the past thirty minutes is if anyone actually needs me, if im worth anything. My anxiety's gotten really high. I cant even talk to my parents because they won't understand, theyve always been upbeat and positive. We dont have a close connection either.
I just wanna be happy and i want a day without my anxiety gettung high.
