Trolling gamer king

Ok well one of my friends is stealing one of my characters without my permission and he won't admit it .....I have proof he's changed my characters name a bit and has the pictures I DRAW ((with my initials in them )) using it please someone give me adivce on how to solve this message me if you know how. Please this is just wrong on so many levels.
