Tw: mention of food/eating(not ed but eating), anxiety/ mental health, sickness(just the feeling)
Ok, so I’ve forgotten about the story, I’ve been too caught up in trying to get good grades for this years finals. I have to make good grades to get into classes I want but anyway, I have recently just been trying to chill. I guess that doesn’t work in my favor since my heart beats too fast from time to time and I wake up with a sick feeling in my gut in the morning. Anyway, I think I might consider liquids for the first half of my day unless it’s something small. That’s been working for the past 2 days so I might do that for a while until I can get a diagnosis for mental health or go back to therapy :)
How have you guys been doing?(feel free to rant or vent but put tw if need be)
