@ALittleSongBird Reading the comments of a few BNHA fanfictions can really tell you the answer. To be frank, people are judging Momo by her looks, first impression, as well as the possibility of being a shippable character for Todoroki. The same is not for Midoriya or Bakugou, because fandoms usually will have quite the population of fujoshi. Momo has quite the revealing costume, but it is for practical reasons. A hero should not be obsessed with how their costume looks as long as it is practical. Momo's first impression, which usually provokes up unjust Momo haters in fanfictions, was commenting on a teacher's announcement in what seemed like a snobbish way. She was raised to have an authoritative air and is a bit naive to the outside world.
