Ok, I haven’t been on here in like months but I need advice on something work related. So I work at a hardware store and my hours have been cut because they blew through their allowed hours during their busy season so I usually don’t get scheduled more than 2 times every two weeks.
          	
          	I’m thinking about changing my availability to only like 5 hours in the evenings at night to get another job because I need money for my college expenses, but at the same time I don’t want to lose this job since i like my coworkers. 
          	
          	Now they have me scheduled for a 9 1/2 hour shift (technically 8 1/2 with an hour break) coming up in a little over two weeks but with what I’m planning on changing it to will cut that shift down to 5 hours max. 
          	
          	Should I change my availability, or should I just work my other job around my availability for the hardware store?

When your college is making you randomly reset your password, but all the passwords your putting in don’t work even though it fits the requirements for the password to work.
          
          (I can’t turn in my work, log in, or do anything till the help desk gets back to me and god knows when that’s going on. So my works going to be fucking late and I can’t do anything about it!!!! God help me-)

Ok update on the retail job, I’ve been working here for 3 days now and holy shit-
          
          It’s like so much better???
          
          Like I get paid breaks, it’s less work and everyone’s so much nicer here.
          
          So maybe I should just stay in retail till I get my college degree

Update to the update:
            
            turns out I was trained wrong *insert jazz hands*
            
            But yeah apparently I wasn’t doing things correctly but I was told to do it that way by my trainer so I can’t be held liable for it ya know?

When your terrified of calling in tomorrow as your boss seems to be annoyed since you’ve been calling out more, but you also need to put in your two week notice. (I’ve got an evening class at 5-8pm and they have me on for a 3-10 technically it’s from 3-9 but that’s just in case it runs over)
          
          (Any advice on how to not be scared of your boss even though you want to quit and have already mentioned it to another coworker?)

So, I had a job interview for another job and they said they’ll be in contact with me in the next 3 days….
          
          Does that mean they aren’t going to hire me or????
          
          
          I’m probably just over thinking but I really want to leave Panera job wise and I can’t until I have another job to go to.
