after yearsss. literally years of not being on this app, i came back to reread the fighters club series. i stayed up one night looking high and low for the first book and finished it the same night. i just finished slim and gee book and you don’t get enough credit tee!! Can’t wait for an update! 

What’s crazy is that Wattpad be making me watch ads to read my own stories

Hi I was trying to read fighter’s club 1 but the website is not working that it’s on so I was wondering if you could possibly re upload  the  book on Wattpad or look into the problem because I really would love to read the book

Hey y’all, I just wanted to stop by and say hello. I truly miss y’all. I miss the camaraderie amongst writers. I miss YOU the readers and last but certainty not least; I miss writing so much. Life gets the best of us all. I won’t lie or make excuses for myself about not writing. I will take my part in not being in the right mindset to actually create a body of work this year that I’m proud of. 
          
          Doubt & the unknown has me stuck. I know I have an ability to create beautiful art but if what I create does not live up to my own standards I tend to feel a way. I do read a lot and for months I just couldn’t find a good book to read. 
          
          I just couldn’t connect to any of the stories I tried. That’s not a comment of the authors of said books at all, I support all authors who place their art out to the world for interpretation & consumption. 
          
          It’s just that I felt nothing while reading. I would find myself rereading my old work, thinking of new ideas in my head for these characters that I love so much. How I could have/ still can make my characters better? More real, more impactful and suddenly the spark that was missing would come back... briefly but it would be back. 
          
          In a way I’m writing this as an apology to myself, to my craft and to you all. I know a lot of people looked forward to my stories & writing to feel something beautiful, to connect to something or in some ways to disconnect.  
          
          It was never my intention but still I’m constantly leaving you hanging and I’m sorry. 
          
          2019 was a hard year for the creator in me and I’m praying that 2020 is so much more different.
