An avid fantasy and mythology fan, I have been interested in vampires since a child. 

I was challenged by a friend to write a vampire story somewhere between "Interview with the Vampire" and "30 Days of Night." No emo-love story.  When I started to write "The Dark Betwixt" I did not know where it would go. It has become something more than a story about vampires.

As you have guessed: I am a rocker and a tennis player. Though I live in Pittsburgh, I am a Mountaineer...and that can be a little dangerous.

I am married to a wonderful woman from England who encourages my writing.
