          Oh—did I just say chapter? No. Two, actually. Maybe even three if I keep the momentum going. I will grind even more.

          I also had AI generate an ANHS rulebook under this fanfic’s setting. Not just a cosmetic rewrite, but something properly embedded into the structure of this version of ANHS. Especially considering I added the SSS Network and S-Rank integration into it as core systems rather than surface additions.
          
          Do you want to know how they work? I will explain it later when I have time.
          
          But it will be revealed soon enough. The idea I am going for is essentially an ANHS that operates on an open-circuit system while still pretending to be an isolated environment. In other words, transparency exists—but in a controlled, selective form. Social media restriction is not just policy, it is infrastructure. And yes, no ordinary social media platforms exist here. Only the SSS Network.

          I have been looking for a specific kind of storycraft that allows me to properly narrate each character’s voice without flattening them into the same tone. Recently I stumbled onto something close to it—the “magic” of rakugo—and realized I could actually apply that structure to writing if I was precise enough.
          
          Characters like Kanji, Ike, and Sudou were never my strongest forte, because I usually failed to make them feel as mindless and instinct-driven as they are supposed to be. I over-structured them. Over-thought them. But as of late… maybe I have finally adjusted that lens.
          
          Maybe I have found the exact formula.
          
          Or at least something close enough to start refining properly.

Greetings.
          
          So, I would like to really apologize to all of you, but it turns out that after an indefinite period of uncertainty, I must say that  Classroom Of The Elite: DECEIT (Prodigious Defect) will be put on a prolonged sabbatical hiatus. And I'm not sure for how long.
          
          Apparently, I have stopped following COTE as a whole and I kinda feel like there is no worth continuing, not to mention the fact that I pursued this writing interest to another platform. The one where I feel like I have been appreciated more for my story-telling ability than merely following scripts.
          
          And to be fairly, I would still pride myself for having this as my very first ever fanfic, because I really struggled so much. DeepL AI apparently never guaranteed a neat translation let alone corrections to my framework of this story, not to mention I already prepared for a completely new system that still aligns highly to Kinugasa's work. I also already prepared for the appearance of some OCs, one of them was teased so badly in the latest chapter. And I even had an idea to create a new Zodiac exam adopting Western, Vedic Astrology, instead of Eastern one.
          
          But as it turns out, it all comes up with no meaningful progress, only stagnation/
          
          However, that doesn't mean I'm not going to continue this fanfic.
          
          Let's just say by me confirming this hiatus will somewhat spark something that evokes me to the opposite. Alright, I think that's all, and thank you for all of your supports. I currently have been writing a book on WN for a yearly competition about some kind of meta-narrative subversion of trash isekai by combining sci-fi and magic with a self-aware protagonist, titled "Wait, What You Mean I Got Reincarnated As A Heroine In Another World?"           So, how was it? Maybe some puzzles have been revealed quite a bit, I suppose.
          
          Speaking of puzzles, I was puzzled when I noticed that these writers did come up with 6-8k words like those were nothing, while I needed to have some specific ideas about the write-up, including the scenario and experiment to execute it perfectly yet only did for 2k at best. However, maybe I will do the introduction. And no, it's going to be quite distinct akin to the canon, as I am going to add some other students introduction.
