Hii,
          I just wanted you to know that dead by sundown is my absolute favorite book and I’ve been reading it all over again since 2021. It gives me some sort of comfort when I read it, and i love the way you write so much and i just wanted you to thank you for creating such a masterpiece and i’ll never understand why it is such an underrated story here on Wattpad because I really think its the best book I’ve ever read on here. Im looking forward to reading the second book and hope you’ll continue writing this story soon

          It’s me!! I’m still here!! I’m working on the latest chapter of Dance of Devils and I’m so sorry that it’s honestly been so long. But I’m working on it. So it’ll be out soon… probably… if you’re still with me and still want updates pls lemme know, I need the lil kick up the arse to make it happen faster. 
          
          Tell me what you want to happen, what you think is in store, how I can make it better— or message just to chat. I’m not good at audience interaction but I want to make something banging and I hope other people want to keep reading the stuff I write?

          Okay so I know this wasn't the update y'all wanted but I've made some edits bc I didn't like the shape of this one and it was causing me to get stuck. 
          
          a long hiatus and a repeated chapter update? what is going on?! A lack of motivation, time, and intense depression my guys. 
          
          God, I love Wattpad author notes, like, I'm telling people my life like it's a blog post and not some mafia romance action story as if people want to know about me and not just get a damn book update. listen, I hear ya because I am ya. but if I can't apologize to a bunch of strangers online, what can I do? Certainly not write a book on a realistic timeline whilst getting a degree without asking for forgiveness by creating a shitty author note, that's for sure. Gotta stick to the format created for us by the peak Wattpad creators of 2013, am I right? Tradition is all we have on these platforms, cuz it's certainly not consistent updates.

New Updates? Also, how old are they? 

I just finished binge reading DBS and it’s so so so awesome. Looking forward to the next update x

So, I know you’re supposed to finish a first draft before you go back and edit it but Ive honestly been editing this book in my head since I first started writing it. I have learned so much about writing and the world and myself since beginning this story that it’s kinda overwhelming to think of all the things I want to change looking back. 
          
          The story still has a little bit to go before the first draft is finished but it’s slowly edging closer so I just wanted to put my thoughts down now to look back on when I have finally finished it. 
          
          So... Dear future me: it sucks so we can make it suck less. It’s probably less work than you think it is. I am so proud of what we have done.

Hello lovelies! Happy new year! (Although we are already a fair few days in, and its arguable as to whether or not it actually is a HAPPY new year...)

          I am working on the next chapter of DBS and it would have been posted already but I had a massive bout of imposter syndrome and began second-guessing everything I wrote. However, with everything going on in the world right now, I do really want to get something out for you all within the next few days, so keep your eyes peeled!
