Born in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, I am the youngest son.  The only Aussie in a Geordie family.  My parents immigrated to Australia from North Shields, England, during the 60s on Ten pound tickets.  My father was a sheet metal worker and my mother picked up any work she could and looked after the family.
I wrote my first story on my mother's old 'Iron Giant', of a typewriter.  This first short story, of course, has never seen the light of day.  I've been writing off and on since.  I've self published a book 'Keltoi', and a short 'George', with Amazon.  Keltoi is also available with smashwords and many other online stores.  I'm pretty shit at this whole self publishing thing, but then maybe I'm pretty shit at the writing thing too...who knows?
