I read to understand the mind, its patterns, its defenses, its quiet revolutions. Most people spend their lives avoiding themselves; they call it ambition or routine, but often it's just a distraction from the questions they fear. What fascinates me is the architecture beneath behaviour: the beliefs we inherit, the wounds we protect, and the narratives that quietly shape who we become. I believe nothing changes until the story changes. Real growth begins not when life becomes easier, but when we are willing to confront the truth we've avoided the longest. In the end, the most difficult journey is not outwards, but inward.
