News: at lunchtime, I made sure my siblings were seated, when my dad arrived and my mom asked me to close the door because it was raining, and since she told me to hurry I went running, I heard my brother calling me. And I didn't realize that when I closed the door forcefully my finger got stuck in the door's crevice. It quickly opened again and when I pulled my finger out, well, it hurt, or rather it was going to hurt a lot. I fell to the ground because I was bleeding a lot from the nail and everything.
What did my siblings do? Well, first they just watched, my parents weren't even aware. How the hell didn't they hear?! I ended up getting up and trying to wash it. My parents finally heard and came in, just grabbed a cloth and pressed it on my finger, which made it worse.
My dad ended up yelling at my brother, who was just eating while watching, to stop that and help. My mom also started yelling But not because I was hurt but that we were all useless and she was complaining about how clutzy I was too.
My dad kept telling me "don't cry", "stop crying" until he said "don't make so much noise" HOW THE HELL DID HE WANT ME NOT TO MAKE SO MUCH NOISE?!?!
When I saw they weren't going to help me, I told them not to bother moving. Who ended up treating their finger alone? Me. Who cleaned the blood from the floor? Me. Who ended up going to get my little brother so he would come back to eat and get out of where he was hiding? Me. Who swallowed the crying, and tried to make sure, even though I was bleeding, the blood wouldn't show? Me, who bandaged it with a piece of cloth, making like a tourniquet to stop the bleeding.
Who took a pain pill? I looked for it. Who spent the afternoon disinfecting their finger looking for alcohol, and bandaging it? Me. In the end, I was used as a reason to yell. And complain that everyone is useless and good for nothing. When they are the ones who didn't even know how to deal with their daughter other than telling her to shut up.
