sorry i’m just now replying to this i had a game but honestly consistency. you have to be uploading consistently even when your books aren’t getting any traction. readers look for something they can binge so as long as you’re consistently uploading you’re already in the game. i would also say your tags are important because it’s how they find your book, and with the correct tags you should have more people seeing your story. another thing would be choosing to make your story about something popular at that time, like i started with a notti book while drill was still on demand and it blew up. it’ll take a minute but once it starts it continues unless you slow down. patience and consistency are key components as of right now but eventually you’ll be able to be motivated by readers interactions. if you have any questions please ask away, ill love to help other writers!
