 Hey everyone!
          
           So, the computer situation has been solved. I just gotta get it set up. Therefore, updates will resume by early February!
           The first book of Fleeting Feathers will be concluding by the end of the next year! And will be followed by (hopefully) the second book by the beginning of the next!
           Not to mention, I will also be (hopefully) releasing a few other projects as well! So next year will be full of content if everything goes well!

               Updates are going to slow down for a little while as I no longer have access to the computer I use to post chapters, I can still write them but I can't post them, hopefully the issue will be resolved by Christmas, but if not I'll figure something out.

               It's spooky season, and what better way to celebrate then to release chapter 13 of Fleeting Feathers? Put it on your calendars, because October 31st releases Chapter 13: Order in Riviera Court (or is it Kangaroo Court?).

           The end of Fleeting Feathers: Book 1; Wings is coming! I've recently finished the finished draft for Chapter 13, the end of the 4th arc, and I plan on writing the draft for 14 starting tomorrow. Which means there's only four to five chapters remaining!
           I'll be honest, I never expected to make it this far, which makes me really fucking happy to be here if I'm honest. Fair warning, 14 to 17 will be mostly angst/comfort, while 18 is the *hopeful* last chapter! Note: Chapters 13 to 17 will prominently talk about different types of abuse, both in character thoughts, dialogue, ect, so if you have any issue with these topics read the upcoming chapters with caution.
           With the end of book 1 in sight, we'll be resuming my one chapter per 1 or 2 month(s). Hopefully, Book 1 is fully released by March which should put Book 2: Migration out by June or July!
           Expect Chapter 12: Hell Hath No Fury Like a Pissed-Off David on Friday, August 30th!

Hey Everyone!
          
           I've been working on Fleeting Feathers, however, we're approaching the end of the First Book! There's only maybe three to four chapters left to be written and posted, so I've decided to ask for everyone's opinion.
           With the upcoming closure of the first book, I'd like to ask whether or not you all would prefer me to start working on a Final Draft for the first book, or if you'd prefer me to start working on the second book!
           If I work on the Final Draft, it will likely be at least half a year before writing a second book becomes an option, however, if I go forward with the second book, please expect changes in my writing style as I grow.

Hey Everyone!
          
           So I've been working on a new book idea and I've been working on fleshing it out, but what would you guys think of a book in a medieval setting with knights, witches and magic? It's pretty new and I've only got a basic outline for the first book and I've already begun to flesh out the lore, so what would everyone think about me posting it? Note: If I do post Fateful Bonds it's likely Fleeting Feathers will be posted slower, so take that into account if your enjoying Fleeting Feathers. 
           This doesn't change the fact I'll still be writing it, it's just going to decide whether I post it or not, if people aren't into the idea I'll start posting it after the first Fleeting Feathers book is completed, just to keep people occupied while I work on the second book.

           So, I'm offically ending my hiatus on Friday, June 7th! Chapter 11 (Michelle's A+ Parenting) will be released this Friday at 2:30 PM EDT. I've changed my release schedule to be once every two months, so be on the look out!

           Hiatus Update: I've completed chapter 11 and I'm roughly finished with 12, and I'm close to ending the second-to-last arc! I plan to start releasing chapters again once I've completed the current arc, which should be sometime before July!

           So, about the Hiatus, I've been working to finish Chapter 11, and I'm hoping to finish it soon, but that doesn't mean I'll be posting anytime soon, in fact, I have finals coming up so I won't be posting until June at the earliest, but I plan to finish the rough draft of Wings by July and I'll be doing editing until around August, which is when I'll (hopefully) post the final chapter versions of Wings!
           Wings has been an utter joy to write despite my lacking motivation and I cannot wait to start on book 2, because there is so many new characters I'll be working with and I cannot wait to introduce them all!
           To tide everyone over, here's fun fact #6: The Flock's birthdays. Canary - May 15th, Peafowl - September 25th, Eagle - October 1st, The Twins - October 31st and Buzzard - November 15th!

           So, I haven't done a fun fact in a while, so here's fun fact #5: I legitimately did not mean for Eagle to become the main POV of the Fleeting Feather's first book, but book one is centered mostly around him, so it was natural to write in his POV. I promise that he'll leave the spotlight soon!
