IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT READ PLEASE!!!!!
          	
          	Hey guys! So I'm sure y'all have noticed Hydranomaly's progress has came to a stop as of recently. Formerly, this was due to my upcoming examinations that had been stressing me out and requiring a shift in priorities. However, while that may be over, I have made some major changes and decisions moving forward regarding the series.
          	
          	During my examination period, I didn't have it in me to completely abandon the series. Therefore, I have been making lots of changes regarding the overall quality of the series: Characters, Setting, Worldbuilding. I've done a lot over the months. However, incoporating these changes in the current story would be impossible due to both the sheer amount I made and these changes being so significant it would be hard to slot them into the previous chapters I already written without needing to make massive alterations to the storyline as you have read it.
          	
          	So, I will be starting the series anew, straight up rewriting the storyline from scratch now with the new changes in mind. However, that does NOT mean I will be abandoning let alone deleting the current version up here on Wattpad. In fact, I will keep updating this version here as a sort of playground, to experiment a little with some ideas I have and see how effective they are in practice. In short, I will be using the version uploaded here on Wattpad to experiment with some ideas I may have. I will announce that moving forward, chapters will be written with the new changes in mind, so do expect some offbeat details. (Example: A Character's personality and dialogue being greatly altered, some name changes, changes in powers, movesets and weapons, etc). Do not worry! I will leave author's notes regarding the changes I made at the start of a new chapter so you can at least keep track of who is who.

With all that being said, I hope you continue to enioy my series still! I also mainly kept it up so my loyal readers invested in this series can see progress in its storyline as opposed to having to read everything all over again so they can have new content still. Additionally, chapters will be released at a slower pace as I will be prioritizing the brainstorming and development of these overall changes to the series for the new version.
          	  
          	  This new version that I will writing from scratch will NOT be uploaded on Wattpad, however. Instead, I have plans to publish it as it's own book. I will keep you all updated about it if you wish to continue to support me or see the story's revamped and improved version in the form of its own book!

Hey yall little notice!
          
          The implication in Chapter 9, in which stating Hybrids automatically revert to human form after a while has been retconned. While they still only can revert back to human form after a while when its been fully healed, Hybrids now have the ability to remain in Hybrid form for however long they wish to, meaning they don't have much of a time limit anymore.

Eh not really feeling Control anymore. Shame, I just got to inarguably the best arc yet and I drop it. But I just don't really feel Pokemon anymore lol, I may get back to work on it, but it's just the fact I'm not currently a big fan of Pokemon's combat system. Especially for my story, the Pokemon fighting instead of the actual humans kinda lower the stakes in a way and going out of my way to injure characters just feels... forced.
          
          Considering I'm really passionate about the current arc, may get back to Control if the demands high, but Im not just really feeling it you know? Hope yall can understand! Let me know if yall want me to return to Control. If not, I'll remain focussed on my current project, which is more or less Control's storyline but revamped a lil and with my own power system.

Alright so Ive decided from this point onwards I feel like I found my preferred writing length is like 5000+ words per chapter, so do expect longer chapters now! (And longer waiting times between each chapter, Im so sorry for that btw ;-;)

In my personal opinion, their stories are really well-written and worth checking out! Both are stories almost if not as dark as mine, btw. It isn't called the 'Dark Pokeverse' for nothing!
